“Roadside Requiem” - Connemara, County Galway This painting depicts the last vestige of a by-gone era. The sadness of this abandoned cottage moved me, and I recorded what was left of it in a moment of melancholia, a mood that comes easily to some of us sigh.... It’s Oil on Belgian Linen, and the finished work is 18 x 24. The addition of a two-toned Burl wood frame with linen liner brings the final dimension to 24 x 30 inches. $1,300.00 plus shipping.
